A few weeks ago, I participated in a bento contest (just over 200 entries, I was not really surprised by the result), and while I racked my cabeza, I also found this competition there. Well finally, I finish with two bentos, so my sister has to decide (the theme was to make a bento for a loved one) and then, I told myself, no worries, at least I have my muffins-with-cheese ; and in addition you will have, dear surfer, the accompanying recipes. Isn't it beautiful ?
So for Bento n°2, we have:
- The famous parmesan-cornmeal muffins
- Buttered couscous
- Roasted summer veggies
- Apricot

Summer time, = picnic = sandwich.
Easy, fast and a nicer way to Wow you're unexpected guest than some ketchup pasta, ne ?
This is a totally deliciouslyummy speciality of the south of France, coming from the Provence more exactly.
Once you have taste it, you can't forget it !
